By downloading, installing, or using IronSender software and services, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our software.

IronSender provides email infrastructure software designed for high-volume email sending with SMTP rotation, IP rotation, and domain management capabilities. We operate as an offshore service provider.

3. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

Complying with laws applicable in your jurisdiction
Maintaining the security of your account and software
All content sent through our infrastructure
Ensuring recipients have opted in to receive your communications where required by your local laws

4. Permitted Use

IronSender is designed for legitimate email marketing and communication purposes. We are a spam-friendly offshore provider and do not actively monitor content. However, users should:

Use the software responsibly
Respect basic email etiquette
Avoid targeting individuals who have explicitly opted out
Understand that we operate outside traditional restrictions

5. Service Availability

We strive for 99.9% uptime but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. We reserve the right to perform maintenance and updates as needed.

6. Pricing and Payments

IronSender operates on a pay-per-email model ($0.0007 per email). Prices are subject to change with notice. All payments are final and non-refundable.

8. Limitations of Liability

IronSender is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for:

Any damages resulting from use of our software
Actions taken by ISPs, spam filters, or recipients
Legal issues arising from your email campaigns
Data loss or service interruptions

9. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate accounts that engage in illegal activities in our jurisdiction, cause technical issues to our infrastructure, or violate these terms.

10. Offshore Status

IronSender operates as an offshore service provider. We are not subject to US, EU, or other restrictive regulations. Users are responsible for understanding and complying with laws in their own jurisdictions.

11. No Abuse of Infrastructure

While we are spam-friendly, we do not permit:

Attempting to hack or compromise our systems
Reselling our service without authorization
Using our infrastructure for illegal activities in our jurisdiction

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of IronSender after changes constitutes acceptance of new terms.
